Kelvin Kettelsen, M.S., is the esteemed founder of TN Visa Advisors, Kettelsen Consulting, and Panyeah. His academic accomplishments started at the University of Tampa, Florida, where he graduated with a dual major in Accounting, International Business & Management in 2013, and was recognized with the UT international scholarship. Kelvin’s pursuit of higher education continued, and in 2018 he earned his Master’s degree with honors in Business and Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies from the University of South Florida, a prestigious institution ranked among the top 10 in the country. During his time in academia, Kelvin gained over a decade of corporate experience, working with industry giants such as Ernst & Young (EY), J.P. Morgan Chase, FircoSoft/Accuity, and Transfast/Mastercard. As a consultant for these distinguished organizations, Kelvin personally experienced the challenges of the TN visa process. Through these practical encounters, he identified the need for a faster, more efficient, and cost-effective way of managing the TN visa process. Leveraging his corporate experience, he pioneered an in-house system that improves visa processing, thereby saving clients’ time, money, and resources. In 2019, Kelvin further revolutionized the industry by launching the first self-application platform, turbovisa, which empowers applicants to manage their own TN Visa applications. Today, Kelvin leads TN Visa Advisors, Kettelsen Consulting, and Panyeah, as the director. His leadership has led to the successful processing of hundreds of TN Visas, assisting professionals in securing jobs in the U.S., and facilitating U.S. companies in hiring talent from Mexico and Canada.
